When bringing your device to us, if you give an email address you will be given access to our customer portal which will allow you to view the status of your repair, see notes added about progress, as well as pay online.
On the portal, you’ll be able to see the overall status of your ticket. The four main status updates are: In Progress, Waiting on Parts, Waiting on Customer, and Ready for Pickup.

Pay Online
For your convenience, we offer the option to pay online when notified your device is ready. Paying in store is still an option.
