FAQs
Turnaround times depend on the issue. For phone screens and batteries, the device is typically ready next business day as long as parts are in stock. For computer hardware and software issues, a thorough diagnostic itself can take a day or two before parts can be ordered. We do our best not to rush repairs and instead, provide a quality finished product
No payment is taken until after service. The only exception is parts orders over $250 where prepayment for parts is required.
Yes. We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). You can either pay in-store when picking up your device or online when you have been notified your device is ready.
We source our replacement parts from reliable, tested vendors. As a rule of thumb: we won’t put any replacement parts in your device that we wouldn’t use ourselves.
Our repairs are warrantied for up to one year in the case of either the replacement part we installed failing or our repair (such as an HDMI port replacement) failing. Accidental or user inflicted damage is not covered.
Most of what we had in stock for PC Components and accessories have been sold, we are working on finding great value options to stock.
